Five Primetime Games in 2008

The NFL took notice of the playmakers on team and has given them a national stage.

It's put up or shut time with this type of schedule.

The night games are as follows:

Sunday September 14th 8:15 p.m. Pittsburgh Steelers

Monday October 13th 8:30 p.m. New York Giants

Thursday November 6th 8:15 p.m. Denver Broncos

Monday November 17th 8:30 p.m. @ the Buffalo Bills

Monday December 15th 8:30 p.m. @ the Philadelphia Eagles

It will be interesting to see if this group of guys can put two strong seasons together back to back. From the looks of the schedule, and the attention given to the team by these nationally televised games, it looks like the prognosticators have some high expectations of the Browns this year.

I for one am just looking forward to seeing anyone BUT Tom Brady or Tony Romo playing on a Sunday or Monday Night for once... lol.

Hopefully Time Warner cable will get their mess with the NFL Network worked out before that Thursday Game so we can see it. If not, hopefully a local network will pick it up and show the NFL network broadcast locally or you will find me at the closest Sports Bar on that night.
